jug\u00e9 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la plus belle et difficile des classiques cyclistes au monde, on veut parler de Paris-Roubaix.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme les professionnels, les amateurs peuvent \u00e9galement durant le m\u00eame week-end emprunter les pav\u00e9s du Nord. Au choix 3 circuits \u00e0 parcourir selon son niveau physique. Ils \u00e9taient pas moins de 6000 participants \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire il y a de cela plusieurs mois. Parmi eux Matthieu Richard, Jacky Balais et Elise Guilloux qui s\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs retrouv\u00e9e l\u00e0 un peu par hasard \u00ab\u00a0<em>On s\u2019est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 en famille et comme mon cousin ne pouvait \u00eatre sur le v\u00e9lo, j\u2019ai pris sa place avec du coup un minimum de pr\u00e9paration\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Elise s\u2019\u00e9lan\u00e7ait \u00e0 9h comme les 1400 autres cyclistes engag\u00e9s sur le parcours de 70 km avec au passage 8 secteurs pav\u00e9s \u00e0 traverser. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00e7a bougeait dans tous les sens sur les pav\u00e9s, j\u2019ai fini avec de bonnes sensations mais aussi avec de grosses ampoules sur la paume des mains, la guidoline est m\u00eame d\u00e9chir\u00e9e<\/em>\u00bb expliquait la jeune cycliste originaire de Missiriac mais expatri\u00e9e depuis \u00e0 Deauville pour raison professionnelle. Elise n\u2019oubliera jamais cette exp\u00e9rience unique \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Matthieu Richard domicili\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint Marcel, Paris-Roubaix Challenge n\u2019est pas une nouveaut\u00e9 puisqu\u2019il est natif de la r\u00e9gion des Hauts-de-France et que d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019an pass\u00e9 il avait pris part \u00e0 cette manifestation. \u00ab\u00a0<em>En 2023 avec le beau fr\u00e8re, on s\u2019\u00e9tait engag\u00e9s sur le 70 km et cette ann\u00e9e c\u2019est sur le 145 km que l\u2019on s\u2019est \u00e9lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 7h30 pour affronter pas moins de 19 secteurs pav\u00e9s dont la l\u00e9gendaire trou\u00e9e d\u2019Arenberg. Il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de public sur le bord des routes et j\u2019ai m\u00eame re\u00e7u des encouragements avec s\u00fbrement des Bretons me disant \u2018Allez Malestroit\u2019\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Aucun p\u00e9pins m\u00e9caniques pour Matthieu lequel poss\u00e8de un v\u00e9lo gravel qui est plus adapt\u00e9 et confortable pour affronter les pav\u00e9s. m\u00eame si \u00ab\u00a0<em>On ne se rend pas compte devant son \u00e9cran tv de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 rouler sur des pav\u00e9s , c\u2019est horrible mais \u00e7a l\u2019a fait pour moi. Je termine avec de bonnes sensations<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le plus aguerri de la bande reste Jacky Balais qui s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 au d\u00e9part un peu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son fils Jules. Celui-ci lui a permis en tant que ambassadeur (b\u00e9n\u00e9vole) pour les prochains JO de Paris de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un engagement prioritaire puisque les inscriptions sont limit\u00e9es pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 par la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du VTT et de la route au Club Cyclo du Pays de Malestroit, Jacky Balais s\u2019alignait sur le parcours le plus difficile de 170 km avec tous les secteurs pav\u00e9s que les Matthieu Van der Poel et autres devaient emprunter 24 h plus tard. Tout comme Elise et bien d\u2019autres participants, Jacky terminera l\u2019\u00e9preuve avec beaucoup d\u2019ampoules sous les mains. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je ne verrai plus cette \u00e9preuve mythique du m\u00eame \u0153il, c\u2019est vraiment l\u2019enfer du Nord avec des pav\u00e9s dans tous les sens. La Trou\u00e9e d\u2019Arrenberg c\u2019est vraiment horrible. Pour cela, le Club Cyclo du Pays de Malestroit organise cette grande manifestation en faveur de l&#8217;Autisme, en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Bretonne des Artisans Bouchers Charcutiers. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rendez-vous au dimanche 7 juillet 2024 pour une 18\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Cyclo La Coeur de Bretagne ainsi que la rando p\u00e9destre de la Coeur de l&#8217;Oust !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tous les ans au mois de mai, nous organisons un s\u00e9jour touristique de 3 jours. cyclistes Malestroyens se sont retrouv\u00e9s ensemble ce samedi 6 avril sur le v\u00e9lodrome de Roubaix o\u00f9 est jug\u00e9 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la plus belle et difficile des classiques cyclistes au monde, on veut parler de Paris-Roubaix.<\/p><p>Tout comme les professionnels, les amateurs peuvent \u00e9galement durant le m\u00eame week-end emprunter les pav\u00e9s du Nord. Au choix 3 circuits \u00e0 parcourir selon son niveau physique. Ils \u00e9taient pas moins de 6000 participants \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire il y a de cela plusieurs mois. Parmi eux Matthieu Richard, Jacky Balais et Elise Guilloux qui s\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs retrouv\u00e9e l\u00e0 un peu par hasard \u00ab\u00a0<em>On s\u2019est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 en famille et comme mon cousin ne pouvait \u00eatre sur le v\u00e9lo, j\u2019ai pris sa place avec du coup un minimum de pr\u00e9paration\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Elise s\u2019\u00e9lan\u00e7ait \u00e0 9h comme les 1400 autres cyclistes engag\u00e9s sur le parcours de 70 km avec au passage 8 secteurs pav\u00e9s \u00e0 traverser. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00e7a bougeait dans tous les sens sur les pav\u00e9s, j\u2019ai fini avec de bonnes sensations mais aussi avec de grosses ampoules sur la paume des mains, la guidoline est m\u00eame d\u00e9chir\u00e9e<\/em>\u00bb expliquait la jeune cycliste originaire de Missiriac mais expatri\u00e9e depuis \u00e0 Deauville pour raison professionnelle. Elise n\u2019oubliera jamais cette exp\u00e9rience unique \u00e0 vivre.<\/p><p>Pour Matthieu Richard domicili\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint Marcel, Paris-Roubaix Challenge n\u2019est pas une nouveaut\u00e9 puisqu\u2019il est natif de la r\u00e9gion des Hauts-de-France et que d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019an pass\u00e9 il avait pris part \u00e0 cette manifestation. \u00ab\u00a0<em>En 2023 avec le beau fr\u00e8re, on s\u2019\u00e9tait engag\u00e9s sur le 70 km et cette ann\u00e9e c\u2019est sur le 145 km que l\u2019on s\u2019est \u00e9lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 7h30 pour affronter pas moins de 19 secteurs pav\u00e9s dont la l\u00e9gendaire trou\u00e9e d\u2019Arenberg. Il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de public sur le bord des routes et j\u2019ai m\u00eame re\u00e7u des encouragements avec s\u00fbrement des Bretons me disant \u2018Allez Malestroit\u2019\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb Aucun p\u00e9pins m\u00e9caniques pour Matthieu lequel poss\u00e8de un v\u00e9lo gravel qui est plus adapt\u00e9 et confortable pour affronter les pav\u00e9s. m\u00eame si \u00ab\u00a0<em>On ne se rend pas compte devant son \u00e9cran tv de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 rouler sur des pav\u00e9s , c\u2019est horrible mais \u00e7a l\u2019a fait pour moi. Je termine avec de bonnes sensations<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><p>Le plus aguerri de la bande reste Jacky Balais qui s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 au d\u00e9part un peu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son fils Jules. Celui-ci lui a permis en tant que ambassadeur (b\u00e9n\u00e9vole) pour les prochains JO de Paris de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un engagement prioritaire puisque les inscriptions sont limit\u00e9es pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 par la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du VTT et de la route au Club Cyclo du Pays de Malestroit, Jacky Balais s\u2019alignait sur le parcours le plus difficile de 170 km avec tous les secteurs pav\u00e9s que les Matthieu Van der Poel et autres devaient emprunter 24 h plus tard. Tout comme Elise et bien d\u2019autres participants, Jacky terminera l\u2019\u00e9preuve avec beaucoup d\u2019ampoules sous les mains. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je ne verrai plus cette \u00e9preuve mythique du m\u00eame \u0153il, c\u2019est vraiment l\u2019enfer du Nord avec des pav\u00e9s dans tous les sens. La Trou\u00e9e d\u2019Arrenberg c\u2019est vraiment horrible. Pour cela, le Club Cyclo du Pays de Malestroit organise cette grande manifestation en faveur de l'Autisme, en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Bretonne des Artisans Bouchers Charcutiers. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Rendez-vous au dimanche 7 juillet 2024 pour une 18\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Cyclo La Coeur de Bretagne ainsi que la rando p\u00e9destre de la Coeur de l'Oust !<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Tous les ans au mois de mai, nous organisons un s\u00e9jour touristique de 3 jours.
